I am a motivated and passionate 200 hour registered yoga instructor with training, practice and specialization in all levels Hatha and Vinyasa Flow principles. I guide, inspire and encourage students to safely improve their wellness and achieve long-term health and spiritual goals while injecting my own authentic East Coast spice into the practice. Through intention, pranayama, and challenging asana, my goal is for students to leave class feeling refreshed and with a new sense of awesomeness, clarity and mindfulness.
